Intermediate 2 Classes
Focus on straight leg inversion, pointed toes, and correct forms and transitions.
Students will be encouraged to develop grace, flexibility, and confidence
Intermediate 1 Classes
Learn moves and transitions that focus on grip strength and core control.
Must be able to invert in the air, and have adequate arm and core strength.
Beginner Classes
Build off of basic moves, learn drops, and combinations of tricks to create transitions
Must be able to straddle over, climb, and put on a footlock in the air prior to entering this class.
Introductory Classes
Learn the basics of aerial silks such as foot locks, basic climb and entry, and basic tricks.
Will learn to invert in the air, climb, and put on a footlock in the air.
Advanced 1 Classes
Learn challenging moves, drops, and combos.
Must have body and silk awareness to execute in this class.
Core stability and above average upper body strength is necessary
Advanced 2 Classes
Learn moves, drops, and combos that require complete silk and body awareness
Must be able to complete a series of moves prior to entering this class
Must be able to rely solely on grip strength and have complete core control
Advanced 1 class must be completed before registering.
Students will be introduced to aerial hammock in this class
Private Lessons
Ideal for first-time students who need to work with an instructor one-on-one or for existing students who need additional help to advance to the next level
Adult Classes
Both Beginner and Intermediate levels
Ideal for adults ages 18 and up who are interested in becoming stronger, gaining flexibility, and challenging themselves.
No aerial experience needed
Open Studio
All classes include 1 hour of open studio time weekly
Instructor supervised, but no class instruction during this time.
An opportunity for you to practice what you have learned and to perfect skills that need attention.
