Intermediate 2 Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn challenging sequences and drops
Focus on straight leg inversion, pointed toes, and correct forms and transitions.
Intermediate 1 class must be completed before registering.
Intermediate 1 Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn challenging moves, drops, and combination of tricks to create transitions
Beginner aerial class must be completed before registering.
Beginner Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn challenging moves, drops, and combination of tricks to create transitions
Must be able to invert in the air, climb, and put in a footlock in the air prior to entering this class.
Introductory Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn the basics of aerial silks such as foot locks and hooks, basic climb and entry, and basic tricks.
Must be able to invert in the air, climb, and put in a footlock in the air prior to entering this class.
Advanced 1 Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn more challenging moves, drops, and combos.
Must have body and silk awareness to execute in this class.
Intermediate class must be completed before registering.
Advanced 2 Classes
Up to 1 hour of weekly open studio time
Learn moves, drops, and combos that require complete silk and body awareness
Must be able to complete a series of moves prior to entering this class
Advanced One class must be completed before registering.
Private Lessons
Ideal for first-time students who need to work with an instructor one-on-one or for existing students who need additional help t advance to the next level
Adult Classes
Both Beginner and Intermediate levels
Ideal for adults ages 18 and up who are interested in becoming stronger, gaining flexibility, and challenging themselves.
Open Studio
Instructor supervised, but no class instruction during this time.
An opportunity for you to practice what you have learned and to perfect skills that need attention.
