Intro Classes

  • Introductory class for inexperienced students using double spanset lyras

  • Learn a variety of entry options, simple poses to transition to progression poses and moves that will challenge grip strength and flexibility.

  • Tricks will be done on bottom and top bar.

Beginner Classes

  • Build on skills learned in intro class.

  • Incorporate progression movements.

  • Students will learn drops and rolls.

  • Begin to put together movements that flow.

  • Intro to dynamics and spins.

Explore the elegance and strength of lyra (aerial hoop) in our engaging classes for all skill levels. Learn spins, poses, and fluid sequences while building core strength, flexibility, and aerial confidence.

Intermediate Classes

  • Focus on straight leg inversion, pointed toes, and correct forms and transitions.

  • Dynamics and spins will be used to mount lyra, and transition between movements.

  • Pre-requisite: completion of Intro and beginner class

Advanced Classes

  • Learn a variety of skills and poses to increase grip strength, flexibility, and endurance.

  • Higher level poses and tricks will be taught and will have a focus on transitioning moves together for a seamless flow.

  • Single span set lyra will be introduced.

  • Students will learn drops in the single span set

Private Lessons

  • Ideal for first-time students who need to work with an instructor one-on-one or for existing students who need additional help to advance to the next level

Open Studio

  • All classes include 1 hour of open studio time weekly

  • Instructor supervised, but no class instruction during this time.

  • An opportunity for you to practice what you have learned and to perfect skills that need attention.
